Qualifications and Honors: Safety Evaluation Institution Qualification Class A and OHSMS Certification.

• Provision of onsite HSE supervision on manufacturing companies, large, complex civil engineering construction projects, oil and gas platforms and off shore marine operations;
• Develop, install and monitor Health, Safety & Environment Management Systems. Our HSE management systems identify risks specific to client operations, and create processes, in line with international best practice (ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001), to mitigate these risks and provide methods to integrate HSE objectives;
• DEL helps clients demonstrate compliance by working with their chosen accreditation body to confirm the systems are evidenced as robust and work towards approval and certification. Our cooperative approach ensures bespoke safety issues are covered within the systems developed and mapped against international standards which are auditable and provide the basis for accreditation approval;
• DEL develops PTW systems as well as implements training and audits systems to ensure they are fit for purpose.
• DEL supports clients’ existing HSE Management Systems (HSEMS) through agreed audits and inspections. We provide independent assurance of compliance or identify further improvement, plus provide solutions for program deficiencies allowing clients to improve their overall HSE performance and prove risks are As Low As Reasonably Practicable (ALARP);
• Accident investigations and root cause analysis (RCA) help transform reactive safety cultures into pro-active ones, allowing problem solving to be ahead of an event and reducing incidents or failures, as well as protecting company reputations. HSE incidents can be high profile, often leading to sensitive and independent investigations.
• DEL prepares HSE-MS and MSDS manuals for production and operational facilities;
• DEL supplies all PPE equipment and consumables.
